Fabien Ducrot, a graduate of the National School of Fine Arts in Paris, is a visual artist exploring the intersections between sculpture, photography, and artificial intelligence. His experiments with pictorial and sculptural materials give shape to reveries of artificial intelligences, themselves formed by archives of artistic works from previous centuries. In the resurgence of these forms, Fabien Ducrot seeks to establish a connection with an inexpressible intrinsic quality that seems to inhabit them. He approaches his work with individual elaboration, personally coding his artificial intelligences and actively exploring photographic processes and sculptural techniques.
